One of my photos uploaded to Shutterstock has sold again.
This is not the first time. According to the sales data, my first photo sold in December 2017, right when I created my account and uploaded a few shots.
Interestingly, I only found out in 2020. After that, I started uploading more actively again, and a few months later another photo sold.
Shutterstock works well for hobbyist photographers. Rather than letting photos sit on a hard drive and be forgotten, uploading them gives them a chance to be useful and maybe even earn something.
The key is straightforward: stay consistent, keep shooting, keep uploading.
Feel free to visit my Shutterstock portfolio if you would like to see the collection.
